potential risks;  the methodology; plan reporting and evaluation; and resource identification.

 We also help you to select the tools we could use to satisfy your requirements and improve your triple bottom line. We determine the participation of strategic groups and select a media mix. We make sure our ideas and strategies are aligned with your needs, goals and objectives.

Production and Implementation

Implementation

 This is perhaps the most critical phase in our process. We build a multidisciplinary team to implement the ideas according to your budget,  timing and requirements. We implement the strategy considering content, design, persuasion and memorability. We develop a precise plan for each tool and material.
